Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival : the unmissable event for gourmets

The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival, Asia’s flagship culinary event, returns today through October 26. With its award-winning gastronomy scene, world-renowned bars, and calendar of international events, Hong Kong is establishing itself as one of the most attractive regions for gourmet travelers.
Organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) with the support of the Bordeaux Wine Council (CIVB), the 2025 edition of the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival will be held in Hong Kong. Dine Festival adopts the theme « REMIX. BEST OF ALL WORLDS, » presenting two of its Michelin-starred restaurants for the first time: Bo Innovation by Chef Alvin Leung and Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic, and extending its evenings until midnight, for an epicurean experience overlooking Victoria Bay.
An exceptional signature program
Among the flagship experiences, the BEA Grand Wine Pavilion will showcase a selection of wines chosen by renowned experts, while the Tasting Room and Towngas Gourmet Avenue will bring together world-renowned chefs around exclusive collaborative menus.
Bo Innovation by Chef Alvin Leung joins the Wine & Dine Festival
Hong Kong chef Alvin Leung’s (2 Michelin) Bo Innovation restaurant. Nicknamed the « Demon Chef, » Alvin Leung will bring his avant-garde approach to molecular gastronomy to his restaurant, offering several of his bold creations, including « X-treme Xiao Long Bao » and « H2egg. »
